When I was maybe 7, I had this little pink plastic Barbie camera. It was like those cheap disposable cameras that you can get at WalMart, except this one was re-usable.
One summer day in upstate New York, I spent the whole day taking pictures of the sailboat that was beached down by the lake, of a few wildflowers by our cabin, and of my aunt's dog, Cody.
That's where it all started. One picture of Cody. I could not WAIT to get back home to New Jersey to develop the film and see how that picture turned out.
I guess that's how all of this started.
